How do I know I can trust the people you send to my home?
Please place expensive items in safe place. We will send their PhotoID, and only authorize personal can proceed to work in your premises. We also have a team leader to supervise the whole cleaning process, and he will be held responisble for missing or damage items.
How do I get started?
The first clean, do try to be available, to guide our staff and orientate around the premise.
What if I have a pet?
Do leash your pet, or place them in their corner. Please advice, our staff on what to pay attention to.
Do you guarantee your work?
We will turn around if we have missed any corner. If you are completely unsatisfied with our services, our management will access and will give you a Full Refund, on the negligence of our staff.
Can I cancel my pre-arranged appointment?
Yes, 24 hours in advance.
When do I pay?
If you are not at your premises during the cleaning, you may transfer the payment the next working day after inspection.

What if I have special request?
During, your booking please indicate. Or you may call our admin, and describe your request. (Please allow time to prepare for special equipment or cleaning agents)
How do I justified the place is deemed clean?
We use quality tools and cleaning agents, some stains or marks might require deep cleaning, our staff will be ready to advise you accordingly. We are also aware of sensitive materials: ie. marble flooring, fabrics, wood, painted surface.
Some delay might occur.
We will not proceed to clean items that we are unsure of, we might have to try on similar products in our factory.
Our team generally resolves an issue within 24 hours to 36 hours from the moment we spot the issue. You will get acknowledgment over mail for your attention and your issue will be sorted as soon as possible.
